Smoothing boolean and quadify mesh

Smoothing boolean and quadify mesh

I would like you to implement this option since I work a lot with hard surface and booleans and work with 3ds max and zbrush to soften the edges

Like this
with this you save a lot of work from exporting to zbrush to soften the edges

The Retopology modifier provided in the Autodesk Retopology Tools for 3ds Max reconstructs your mesh as clean quads and has support to utilize boolean seams as a set of edge constraints. From there you can apply a chamfer onto the hard edges and smooth those.

I believe what the OP is asking for is a smooth blend of current topology. Often one would want to keep the current topology in place but blend between different shapes smoothly. Modo's mesh fusion does this pretty well.
As mentioned the Hardmesh plugin can achieve this, as well as the Smooth Boolean Plugin. These are both great but expensive 3rd party solutions that are somewhat unreliable and not fully thought out at the moment though.
This is done with Smooth Boolean which works well with Max's  Pro Boolean system.
