Planned crashing?

Planned crashing?

Heyo,

Just a quick thought here... it might sounds conspiratorial, but I'm literally desperate and sick of having to solve this issue year after year.

So, I started my journey with max 2021... once 2022 was out, I installed it 6 months after release but kept using 21 until... it started crashing randomly. Same happened inbetween 2022 and 2023 - now 23 is crashing after I installed 24.

I don't use any shady scripts, nor fancy UI things - only using corona renderer and forestpack. Heck - I don't even have any custom keyboard shortcuts aprat from one for grouping. Also, I don't use any tablets or other external hardware that would be unusual. I haven't really installed anything fancy in terms of software nor have I been OC-ing my PC.

If it happened once, I would call it a fluke - but this is beyond suspicious by this point. Is the software infighting or do you Autodesk guys simply force people to use the newest software as soon as it's installed on a given PC?
