Option to hide or reduce the size of vertices when editing segments/splines in a spline object
Currently when editing a splines there's no way to hide the vertices if I want to edit the segments. This can be hard to work with with spline that have a lot of vertices. Maybe instead of hiding vertices they can turn into a small dot.
