Noise Modifier - Seed per dimension

Noise Modifier - Seed per dimension

The Noise Modifier needs to be updated. Currently all dimensions are using the same seed, leading to a noise that is essentially deforming in the same direction on all dimensions. This might not be obvious to most users, but it leads to biased noise results.

The most obvious demonstration of the problem is to apply a Noise Modifier to a straight Spline:

The red Spline has only one Noise Modifier applied to it. Even though all dimensions are deforming, they all use the same seed which leads to a this straight, weird look. Not really "noisy" the way most users want it to be. The same effect applies to geometry, but it's not equally apparent.

Currently the only solution to this is to apply three Noise Modifiers (one for every dimension), and set a unique seed for respective modifier. Then you end up with the more desired noise shown in the green Spline.

Although this is a workaround, it's tedious and unnecessary work to setup and manage.

The user needs to be able to quickly set unique seeds for each dimension within just one modifier. This would help achieving proper unbiased noise deformations more quickly.
