New install options for 3ds Max, VFX install, Remove dated features.

I understand there is another request for install size reduction but I wanted to go further.

There are already options to not install "Civil View" and a few other architectural/product design features but the install is still something like 4gb.

Does anyone use Patch or Nurb modelling? Flight Studio, Art Renderer, Quicksilver, Vue File renderer, the list goes on. These features are not useful to me as a vfx artist.

Yes, it is good that Max supports many functions, but there are many functions that are not used depending on the user. User should be able to choose this

I would not agree to go this way further with the install customization but Nurbs and patch modeling and other hasnt been updated in decades so if this is a way to shake max from old and dated stuff so be it

I was thinking about this, and I found your idea. Max is a software full of plug-ins (I'm not saying this is the worst thing), but we must have an easy way to unload or even not install things that we will not use. Maybe Max become lighter and faster. Could I ask you dev guys if do you "rummage" inside max plug-ins to check if it will be removed or something?
