Make animatable the "start frame" parameter of a multiframe bitmap texture

By making this parameter animatable, it would be possible to control which frame of an animated texture (such as an .ifl or .avi file) is shown at the desired moment, being able to move forward and backward through the sequence without having to edit them in an external program. Someone already did something similar in 3ds max 4 (https://www.maxplugins.de/r4_files/dieter/bmtex2.zip) but not in the following versions.
