Improve Skinning and Rigging

Its high time 3DS Max updates its skin modifier. We've not seen any updates in years to improve this modifier which is essential for rigging and skinning within 3DS Max. It would be really gratifying to see an update to bone tools as well since rigging is a bit of a hassle as of now. Besides using CAT rig, we would appreciate improvements to better Controllers, such as facial rig, hand/finger rig, etc. The ability to mirror animations from Left to Right or vice versa would be an awesome addition

In the Skin modifier, PAINT WEIGHTS should definitely be improved. At present, when you use the MIRROR MODE, the whole side is mirrored instead of just the selected bone. This is frustrating because sometimes, the SKIN modifier is Instanced between multiple separate objects and when you want to mirror only a specific object's Skin Data, all the other unselected objects also mirror their skin data.

Hopefully, the development team revisits these modifiers to make the experience better.
