Do you know about selection lock? This is a very powerful feature and works especially well in combination with snap.
but, the current process of activating/deactivating selection lock is cumbersome and non-intuitive.
It would be nice to control the temporary selection lock function with the mouse. I know that Maya or Blender also has a control method that performs a similar function.

There may be ways to do this:
[Right click drag] [Special key + right click drag] [Left click + right click drag]
There is a possibility that it may harm existing shortcut keys, so you should check carefully. For now, let’s assume [Control + Right Click]

This allows us to achieve the following features:
- You can quickly operate it from afar without approaching the gizmo.
- In conjunction with snap, movement with reference to other objects becomes possible (more easier).

Yes, this may be similar to the operation of a blender.

We can use [Control + Right Click] to activate 'Selection Lock', and in that state (while holding down the right click), we can use the W E R keys to select the move/scale/rotation, and determine X Y Z or screen orientation, etc. (Of course, since already set operations take priority, you do not need to set Move/Scale/Rotate every time.)

When the operation is finished, ‘Selection Lock’ is automatically disabled. This may feel like it's mimicking another tool, but it's simply mapping the 'selection lock' to a different key (with auto-disable).
