wingflex problem, help?

hi, all. so i attached the bones to the aircraft I am working on (as boxes and converted the wing to one piece to bend it because it bends the wings better than the typical bone shape in 3ds max. i tried to link the flaps to the box bone , same with spoilers, but it messes up, if i link one of the slats, it follows the wingflex but deforms when extending the animation of the flaps/slats . how do i do the wingflex and for the flaps, slats and spoilers to follow the wingflex (without deforming at slats extension)? it is already animated. there are also navlights on it /spoilers flaps/flap components. do i also have to convert the flap , spoilers and slats to skin for it to follow the wingflex?

and if I try to link it to a dummy or other object, it floats if i try to bend it, how should i fix this?:

There are several ways to tackle this, but I think maybe you'll need to use Attachment from the flaps to the overall wing object. Find the specific poly on the flap that will be your connection point (the poly number) note that and then attach the flap to that number. Thus the flap moves with the wing but is keyframed as a separate entity.

There are tutorials around this procedure, but basically it'll be something like this:
