Which format is compatible ?

Hello guys,

I works on a project , and i want to know which one of this frame rate is compatible with : NTSC !

1. Fluid motion / Difficult to achieve real-time performance with complex scenes.

OR 

2. Choppy motion / Intended for fast, real time video game outpout.
