Where to find maxscript folder in 2021?

I installed a lot of scripts by dragging them into the viewport and I can´t find their location inside Max folder structure.

Where the hell are they? Even searched for their names inside the folders and couldn´t find them.

Variaous scripts might put files in different locations  

try to Look inside: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2021\scripts

if not , try to search with windows search function a name of any plugin you installed 

and search it inside max root folder then open properties and see where those scripts are.

thanks for the answer. Also nothing in there. Wonder why the developers made this so difficult, can´t be that hard to make it more user friendly....

Text search in folders for the script names also didn´t help, ....

The 2 other very common locations that scripts install in are:

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsmax\2020 - 64bit\ENU\scripts

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsmax\2020 - 64bit\ENU\usermacros

I'm reviving this thread one more time to note that dragging and dropping some scripts into 3ds Max doesn't actually "install" them -- it will just run them during that Max session. Only scripts that are set up to install directly will change from their original drag-and-drop location.

In general, scripts should go into the C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 20xx\Scripts or \Macroscripts folder and sub-folders within. Icons associated with the scripts/macroscripts may go in UI_In as well.

If you run a script that installs itself, then (ideally) the script documentation should tell you where it's installing as well. Thanks!
