Vray Issue with 3Ds Max - Objects glitch when rendering

Hello,

I've had this issue for a while and cant figure it out. When I use an object from the chaos cosmos browser and edit it and make changed to it, it glitches when i render the scene. This problem only started occurring recently and I really need help ASAP please. Pendant light that I stretched - looks like that when I start rendering...
