Viewport Config values wont save

Hello,

I am trying to set up Max 2022 for the first time, and i can't seem to be able to save the Viewport Configuration values on my maxstart (project path is  C:\Users\~~\Documents\3ds Max 2022\scenes)

I tried searching in 3dsmax.ini to find the values and apparently they are not stored there.

Maxstart scene is working properly by the way, my Layout config, Background, etc.

The issue occurs on the Display Performance tab.
