Hello @BASSIT,
On a technical level your card isn't on the certified list for 3ds Max 2017. The 2018 list isn't updated yet but overall it'll be similar to the 2017 list. Because of this, you may experience viewport problems like the one shown in your video. My best suggestion here as a workaround would be to find the least distracting display driver in 3ds Max and use that. Is that an option for you? Otherwise, you may need to update your graphics device.
