View randomly changes selecting object/points

Hello everyone.

Here is thesettings

I reinstalled 3DS max 2016. with SP1 on my new W10.

Scene : 

Got multiple editable object. 

Facts : when selecting object, the view randomly jumps to somewhere else. Changind to center the object manually. Changing to edit points. making a selection. View randomly changes. Move the vertexes. View randomly changes. Ect. 

Any tips on how to correct this ? I'm currently installing SP2, and SP3 after that. But i'm pretty sure, it that bug was from version, you 'd corrected it in first SP.

Before i forget : I had the same bug with 3DS max 2017, trial edition. 
I changed the viewport drivers, tried them all. The bug still occured. 

I'm running on a 970 GTX - Nvidia.
