View ports background

Hi 

I changed the viewport background of a file of my 3Ds Studio Max 2012.

But I cannot restore it to default.

I have also a problem.When I rendered something and save image as Jpeg/Png. file the background also saved with the image.

Is there any solution of this problem?

Please help me ..........

press 8....see offending map ? RClick on it, Clear map...
