upgrading to 2025

Is there a way to upgrade from 3ds Max 2024 to 3ds Max 2025 without having to reinstall all of my scripts and plugins into the new version?

I posted my cheat sheet a few years ago. Read my disclaimers and just backup before proceeding. What I suggest is not dangerous, it just might cause you to waste some time. But, if you do it correctly, I find that I can be about 98% back up to speed in about 30-minutes.
