unwarp quick peel doesnt create similar peels

i just cant get a hold of this unwarp tool, it seems that it gives you inconsistent results of peeling and pelting ...im loosing my mind here, i have this character and when i peel its legs with seam and use quick peel, although the two legs are completely the same it doesnt peel them in the same proportions, what is that? how can that be solved??

 

when i try to overlap the tow parts you can see that they dont match each other, how can i  make them match  pixel perfect and overlap each other perfectly???? how do people work with this in the game industry i dont get it

If both have the same topology this has been already answered in your similar question posted here:

Use the option copy and paste in UV unwrap modifier> edit UVWs window> edit menu>copy&paste

This will copy the same UVs between two islands with the same topology

this doesnt work it completely distorts the map...

I have explained it already the solution and it doesn't work for you. That perhaps means that there is a problem in your workflow that is not evident in your explanation of the problem.
