Unable to download 3ds Max updates

I was trying to to download 3dsmax 2022.0.1 but through the website it only downloads 1 file not all 4 it says I need to install the patch. I was using Autodesk Desktop app before, but gave up since when installing an older 3ds Max it doesn't who any of my current 3ds max versions any more, so its pretty much useless. 

I tried downloading through Google Chrome, Edge and I also tried the new "custom install" on the autodesk page, but nothing works.
