Trying to install 2021 Retopology Tools V1.1.0...... but can't uninstall previous update to do so!

To install the update for 2021 Retopology Tools V1.1.0 it says I need to uninstall previous updates.

 

As far as I'm aware to that I need to go to Programs and Features > Autodesk 3ds Max 2021 > View Installed Updates.

However this then takes me to the windows updates?? With no 3DS one in sight. 

Am I doing something wrong here?

Any help would be appreciated.

it doesn’t show up as an update because its not its an add in

it shows up has a regular program like 3ds max in the add/remove programs
