Trying to get Noise Modifier in Bump Map slot to follow Spline Mapping

I've been using Max for decades and am surprised I've never needed to do this but I need to map noise to a bump map slot in a VRay Mtl and have the noise follow spline mapping.

I have a curved plane, like a roadway. I have noise in the bump slot and it looks like a watery surface. I have spline mapping assigned with a UVW Unwrap modifier. I've put a UVX Xform over the UVW Unwrap so I can offset the mapping along the Y axis.

When I offset the Y axis, a checker board diffuse map that I use for testing will move along the spline mapping perfectly. But the noise in the bump slot just moves in one direction no matter how I try to offset it. I can't get it to follow the spline.

Is there some special treatment that noise modifiers need so they can follow spline mapping?

I'm going to solve my own post. As many of you know, it's not uncommon to spend 4 or 5 hours on some tiny issue only to become exasperated and out of time and post for some help, and then, moments later, solve it.

I'm on a tight deadline so I may give some bad info here but by using a combination of checking 'Apply to Entire Object' in the UVW Xform parameters and also using 'Explicit Map Channel' in the Noise Coordinates and rotating the U axis-90°, I was able to wrangle some good motion of the Noise in the Bump Map. I don't have time to try all the variations so one of the things above might be completely unnecessary. At any rate, I'm good to go.

Hopefully, someone will find this and it may solve it for them one day.
