Time Slider Toggle in Default Workspace

Is there an easy way to toggle on and off the time slider?  It seems to disappear when using the curve editor.  I find it difficult to to locate if at all once I code the curve/dope editer.  (fyi new to animation in max - using 2016 version)  Thank you.

you can toggle them via maxscript ( using either true or false )

timeslider.setvisible true
trackbar.visible= true
