Texture Problem

Good Day

I am having a problem where max is not showing the material preview, it only shows a solid colour, instead of the texture.

The material displays correctly in my model, just not in the material editor.

Any suggestions as to what can cause this ?

Thanks for sharing your issue with us.

Please tell us which version of 3ds Max you are using, plus which patch version. Example: 2020.3.

Also could you please share a sample of the scene with us so we could examine it locally?
