startup problem

hello there

i have a problem i can't open my 3ds max.

i've tried anything that can be found on internet like renameing or removing ENU folder and many other ways but the problem is still there.

i totally uninstalled and delected all the existing files relating to it and reinstalled the software but still the same problem.

is there anyone who knows how can i fix this?

Hi,

This looks like an older version of 3DSMax, is that correct? Also are you trying to run it on Windows 11 (looks like it is, with the rounded corners on the windows).

Unfortunately 3DSMax 2020 and prior are no longer are supported to run under Windows 11.
I had 3DSMax 2020 running on Windows 11 (21H1), until the big update to (21H2), then 3DSMax 2020 would no longer start up, and just crashed every time. Autodesk Support says that it no longer works.

No it's the latest version, 3ds max 2024.1 and my windows is 11
