SP1 and EXT1 for Max 2016 now available

EXT1 for Max 2016 is also available (from the Subscriptions Site).

N.B. Until further notice those on subscription and intending to install EXT1 should install SP1 first. This is in contradiction to the ReadME for EXT1 which claims that SP1 is included (when it clearly isn't). Failure to do this will result in DLL errors which will require uninstalling EXT1 then installing SP1 and finally EXT1 again.
