Scripts lost when 3dsmax is closed

All of a sudden a new bug appeared for me.

I'm using 3dsmax 2019.

I'm trying to customize my toolbars dragging some scripts from the customize user interface->toolbar tab.

The scripts have always worked and are stored in the usual macrodirectory(usermacros), inside the enu folder. Same thing goes for their linked icons, which are in the usericons folder.

So, I drag the scripts and they stick to the toolbar. All ok.

Then I close max and restart.

Surprise! The scripts are gone.

I've tried deleting the enu folder, starting max with admin rights but it keeps forgetting the toolbar's scripts.

What should I do?

Today I've tried to uninstall and reinstall and changing permissions to the exe file. Problem persist. How is this possible? Scripts in the toolbars keep disappearing everytime I restart Max.
