Scale Factor not showing when importing an FBX file

Hi everyone, ever since I've installed 3ds Max 2021 I've had this weird problem where the Scale Factor is not showing whenever I try to import an FBX file. I've already unchecked the "Automatic" option but it still doesn't come up. I've tried different FBX files that I've also sent to some friends for them to check if they're corrupted but the Scale Factor shows up, so it's not a file related problem. I've been trying to find a solution on Google but absolutely nothing worked for me. Tried uninstalling (even by performing a clean uninstall) and reinstalling the program a fair few times, even tried older versions (2019 and 2020 more specifically) but still nothing. Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening and how I can fix this? Thanks in advance.

I've tried changing the units on the import page between all the ones available but it's still not showing anything

when you press the select by name arrow does the model show up in the list?

if not reopen it in your previous 3D software if so you have not imported it correctly or exported it correctly

The model appears when looking for the file to import, yeah. Also, I don't have any other 3D software and the models I have are not done by me, they're taken from a videogame where they work just fine and as I said, other people with the same exact files don't have this problem.

I will, but as I already said, other people tried the same file already and don't have the problem I'm having, so it's not file related but program related. Either way, here you have it.

Opens just fine for me (apart from the scale factor not showing, of course) and the other people that have tried it. Keep in mind that's a rar package with all the textures for the model in it too so it displays correctly once importing it, you have to extract it somewhere with the other folder too

i have same problem in 3dsmax 2021. I had no issues with the 2020 version last year. I will go back the old version.
