Render to Texture combine texture channels

Hello,
I have separate models and I want to combine the individual textures of these models together.
Each model has around 8 textures, one for each channel; diffuse, metallic, roughness, normal etc.
I know how to combine the UV's and bake the diffuse textures from the different models into 1 texture page with Render to Texture. Now, after baking the diffuse, I switch the diffuse map for a different texture, for example metallic and repeat the process.
However, I don't want to repeat these steps 8 times for each texture type. Is there some way that I can run Render to Texture and have it bake my 8 textures together all at once? Or another tool/plugin that could do it?
