Hi, how do I remove the ease in and ease out that always happens when I animate something with two key frames? Thanks!

Set the "Default In/Out Tangents for New Keys" Button immediately to the right of Set Key at the bottom of the Max UI. The button is a "fly-out" - click and hold to get the various options. You'll probably want Linear. Affects new keys, not exisitng ones, so set it before creating the animation.

To change the Tangents after the event, open a Curve Editor, select the keys and click the appropriate Tangent button at the top of that dialog.

Change the tangent type on the keys...use the curve editor.
