re-assigning the .max format to 3d studio max

Hey,

I'm trying to re assign the .max format to 3d studio max, as they're currently assigned to photoshop for some reason..

When going into the set default programs and such

I can select the .max format and then browse to the max exe. file in the program folder, but that .exe file looks "blanc" and windows shows i selected it but when clicking "ok" nothing happens...

Am i selecting the right exe file here?

This is my 3DSMaxDesign program file location: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max Design 2014\3dsmax.exe (10,817kb)

Try the brute force technique, but back up your registry first... just in case:
