quadro rtx 4000 or rtx 2070 super

I'm building a new pc workstation (  CPU: ryzen 9 3900x ) 

and for the graphic card .. the more i search , the more i get confused 

i am now between this two cards QUADRO RTX 4000 or RTX 2070 super 

for rendering  interior and exterior shots . using INTERACTIVE render till i am ready to do the final render on the CPU

just please give me a hand and a clear answer the suitable card for me ?
