Solved: problem with importing fbx file into 3ds max 2018

Hello everyone,

I have a problem working now. When I import a fbx file into 3ds max 2018, the fbx file is not opened and cannot see like this image.

Unhide All or wireframe view is not the solution..

I cannot open any fbx files. (but, 3ds max files are opened)

Please help me~

Instead of dragging and dropping the FBX, try doing File, Import, and select the file. I've had issues with drag-n-drop a few times in the past.

Or, you can try Linking the FBX file to see if that is any different.
