Hello @Anonymous and welcome to the community,

The maps should be available in the material editor.  Go to a material diffuse slot, click the empty box next to it, and you should see them on that list.  Can you please try that?

Yes, I know How it works but when I check the maps in the material editor nothing appears. I forgot to say that I have 3ds max student version,

Silly question but are you sure it's the right version?  Do you get any error messages when you start up?  Possible that the current renderer is unsupported?

Yes, I’m sure, 3ds max 2020 and berconmaps 2020, no message appears when starting the program and in the “plugin manager...” the berconmaps say “loaded” that it make me thing that everything is okay but, repeat, I can use it. I have v-ray 4.2

That is strange, I assume you meant *can't* in your previous post.  I would try to uninstall it, redownload it, and reinstall.  Also see if starting as administrator helps, perhaps it's a permissions issue?
