PROBLEM - Panorama exporter rendering black

Hello Everyone

I'm having this problem and it seems that I'm the only one in the world whose facing it, I use panorama exporter to render a panoramic picture for a room, The renders goes fine but when it finished the final result is black ... and the saved picture is black too.

Does anybody have any idea what's the problem?

Sounds veryyy strange..today i play with panorama for a long time and doesnt have any problem in max 2015

Your camera is in a right place (middle of your scene)?  

Advanced lighting options are off??

Another way to generate your 360 is to use mentalray camera shader wrap around.  Then upload your jpg file to this free site and generate your panorama http://www.clevr.com/

Figured it out. Reapply your rendering presets, then rerender.

Having a similar problem myself. Seems to render the top and the bottom ok all the horizontal directions end up either white or full of fragmented slices of the image or weird geometric shapes. Great abstract art but brutal rendering. Any resolution at all?
