Problem: Max 2017 rotation cursor icon off center

My Max rotate icon is off center. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?

Sorry that is not it. My problem isn't with an object, it's with the UI. The click center of the rotate cursor icon is not where it should be. The click center of the cursor icon should be in the center of the icon, where the dot is, not the upper right hand corner.
