Build a material and put some noise into the bump map. Scale it to the right scale. Put some raking light behind it and do and interactive render. While you watch, adjust the bump. Then, adjust the glossiness or roughness, whichever you are using and add a little bit of metalness. You'll get a pretty good looking poweder coated material. I'm doing a bunch for a project right now and they are looking pretty good.
