nothing appears in render

Hi guys,

Struggling with rendering at the moment. For some reason only the sky and a grey ground appear in my images even though there is a building there to render too. the first image is what is in the camera view and the second is what the render comes out as. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Couple of things:

Make sure that the Virtual Frame Buffer (Rendering window) is actually rendering the correct camera, it is currently rendering Camera 2... is this the correct Camera?

Right click on the objects that are not rendering, go to their properties... and check that they are set as 'Renderable'.

Materials are one sided, and the normals are flipped inside out.

Try creating a new camera, and rendering the same view.

Some other checkbox, in the Rendering Setup Dialogue (Render Engine dependant) has been set not to render Geometry. Might be the Direct Visibility Overrides section.
