New vray 6 camera is not rendering

Hi there,

I had installed new version of vray i.e., vray 6, initially when i open new file and want to render a simple box with a light in perspective mode all goes well, after adding vray camera also goes well, but after some time vray camera renders black screen. it happens automatically in every file i had reinstalled it many time but it happens with every file.

problem exist in any file if i open. while when i open new file it comes after few time. don't know what is happening.

Autodesk does not make Vray, that 's a Chaosgroup product.  You should post this on the Chaosgroup forums for support on Vray.

Sounds like a license issue.

ANY way to remove all licence file, to install fresh one, even if any previous version file creating problem

The default settings for Vray have GI enabled and since the default settings for 3dsmax use black as the default environment color it can render black if you don't add a light, turn off GI, or add an HDRI or Sun/sky to the environment.  Possibly that is happening? 

Otherwise you are probably not properly connecting to the license server when you render.  Chaosgroup should be able to tell you for sure.
