My 3ds Max Indie Subscription is missing from my account

I've tried asking the AI support assistant and the program redirected me to SheerID website.

I am very confused with my issue right now and I hope I can speak to a human agent instead of AI.

 

I can't log in and finish my work because of this issue. This is frustrating.

Same problem here. I get an error when opening 3ds max. I have about 1.5 months left until my license expires. 
When I check my account, it appears that I do not have any membership.

I'm having the same problem. I've never seen such a stupid problem and ai. I guess I have no choice but to use chat counseling as soon as tomorrow morning

my Revit license too expired just today but I should still have 11 months left, its also missing in my account subscription.
Chat with the agent a while ago and created a report. They will report to their engineers and email back to me once its fixed.

I have 2 products (Maya and Max) under my name and they have several months left. I subbed 3ds Max Indie on November 27th 2024 and now they're completely unusable. I hope the engineers fix it soon. This is why I am against DRMs.

I have the same problem today. Now I can't start 3ds Max. My subscription is not in my account. I sent an email to the support team. I'm waiting for a response.

Issue resolved. Licenses are now back in my subscription. Must've been the wind.
