Move Transform Type-In Missing

Anonymous
Not applicable

HI,

I've been using 3dsmax 2012 for some time. I have always use a big display monitor , but now i change into a smaller monitor. The only problem is that the Transform Type-In Dialogue is missing. I think it's hidden outside the monitor and i couldn't get it back. I tried using the bigger monitor and the problem is solved.

RIght now i need to use the smaller monitor. Is there any way to find the dialogue back when i'm using the small monitor?

Thank you.

alternatively, you can use Move Transform Type-in dialog box by right clicking on the Select and Move Button at the Main Toolbar

Hello @Anonymous,

Welcome to the community!
The way I like to solve these types of issues are with the following keystrokes, please let me know if they do not work for you.

Right Click to open the Move Transform Type-In dialogue

Alt + Space

Press "m"

Down Arrow

Move the mouse and fixed.

Please hit the "Accept as Solution" button if my post fully solves your issue or answers your question. This lets me know that I was effective in helping you, and thank you for doing so.

Hi @rendermaster,

The Third option from autodesk.com works.
I just delete the 3dsmax.ini and restart my 3dsmax. It goes back to the default settings.

Thanks for the help!
