Move Icon Malfunctioning when there is floating viewport

Whenever I have a new floating vieport, on another screen. Move Icon rotates in weird angles, that makes very dificult to move things.

Is there anyway to fix that?

Does it happen on every floating viewport? Can you do a screen grab and show what's happening. I tried to reproduce it and was unable to based on your limited description.

If you could list the steps you are taking prior to the problem ocurring I'll try again.

Hi I recorded a small video to show you the issue I've been having after working some time with some medium size scenes. It ussually never happens with a new small scene, with only a few objects.

Thanks for doing that video. I see what you mean about the issue and I think it's a bug. I get in now and then as well and it's as if I have to chase the gizmo around but it keeps jumping away and I can't catch it. Generally, I eventually give up and move the object with the spinners on the toolbar. You can hold 'Alt' as you use the spinners so that they move in smaller increments which often helps.

I'll experiment some more but I'm not sure there is anything you can do about it. Try using the spinners when it happens and it would be good to go report it as a bug. You can do that here:
