Maxscript Auto-load Script Error

Having an issue with 3ds Max 2017. I am getting the following error message. It also doesnt seem to be saving any changed configs, It will save changes inside of my UI layouts  but no previously worked files, or config changes 

I already tried a clean reinstall of max. 

Made sure permissions were correct, I am an admin on the PC.

Not sure what is causing this.

First, I'd like to apologize that you experienced such a long delay before you got a reply here. I'd like to help find an answer for you. Are you still having this issue?

This does look like some kind of permissions problem and there are a couple things that can interfere with permissions.  Windows Defender, UAC settings, Group Policy settings, etc.  Are you able to access the path listed there through Windows?  

Another possibility is that your user settings were corrupted.  A fresh installation wouldn't actually remove your user settings folder, so please try to reset them for me and thanks for trying that.  There may not be proper permissions to the AppData\.....\ENU folder which may cause a problem similar to this.  Can you please check those for me?

I have the same issue. and cant solve it...

but before this .I first met "mfc110u.dll is missing" message. I download a one from the internet an put it in system32. then mxsdonet.dlx issue appears.
