Max is not reading usermacro path and script path at startup

I am using 3Ds Max 2022. Now, I have no idea all of sudden everything I start Max it will not read my scripts and macros. However, I can manually run them in the script editor.

It should have run at startup but is not. My custom buttons are grayed out, unless I have to re-run it again in at script editor.

Are you on Windows 11?  Could this be related to this thread here.
