Max Gizmo not working (Only move key is not working)

Hello there,

My max move shortcut key which is W is not activating the move tool. But I select it from the top icons bar its working and also other keys like E for rotate is working and R for scale is also working but W is not working. My keyboards W button is also working. I have checked every setting and all are at defaults and correct.

Thanks for your message. It's tough to tell from your video, but are you not able to move your objects at all? If so, then you may have accidentally changed the default controller type to something that doesn't respond to direct mouse movement on Transform gizmos (like a Path controller, say).

Can you try resetting your 3ds Max preferences back to their default settings and let me know if this works for you? Thanks!
