Max 2019 not installing

Hi, I'm currently trying to install 3ds Max after refreshing my PC but I keep on getting errors mid installation no matter what type of method I choose.

I first tried Install Now, which starts the process but crashes midway and recommends me use the Browser Download. 

I then tried to do the Browser Download keeping the page open the whole time, and I don't use any kind of pop/add blockers, and when I try to install this error pops up:

I've noticed that the Browser Download specifies 3 files should be downloaded, but I only ever get one single file, no matter how many times I try to download it. 

I've also tried the Download Method just in case but that results in another kind of error mid installation too.

I'll attach the error log the Installer provides after the crash in case it's of any help.

This error is displaying during the extract process of the installation and indicates the next file in the sequence is missing.
