Main menu bar missing

I accidentally hid my main toolbar with modifiers and such. The tutorial entry on this is totally unhelpful, it just says what to click but not actually where to find it. I made it as far as Customize and I have no idea where to look because I don't see any option to show it again.

Regarding your missing Main Toolbar, Right click on the top Menu Bar and you will see a dropdown list of various toolbars.  The Main Toolbar option is about 3 /4 the way down the list.  Check it to restore it.
