Load render preset then save file = crash

I'm getting a crash whenever I save a file immediately after loading a render preset.

I'm on 2023 update 2.2
I've remove all unused filepaths from the preset

It doesn't happen on a blank file
File starts to save and then I get the below error, immediate crash on pressing 'ok'

I can't reproduce the same behaviour on a blank file.

update: I tried loading only part of the render preset... same result

Do you have Corona installed? I remember having this type of issue because of something that Corona was doing in the background.

Yes I saw some old posts related to Corona, not installed here though.

It turned out to be something particular to that file, I reverted to an older version and it was fixed (I think). Much faster redoing a small amount of work than trying to trouble shoot the root of the problem.
