LMTOOL software EULA can not find

Hi, I am working on the 3dsmax software. We have floating license which is manage by LMTool but for installation of this LMTOOL i need EULA for this software. Hence, i am requesting to help me for finding LMtool EULA link.

LMTOOL use as a License server for 3dsmax software that why i have reached to 3dsmax forum. Anyone have that EULA that would be a great. I have search everywhere but can not find that.

autodesk provides the EULA for 3ds max

you need to contact flexera software for the eula for the license manager
