Lets Get Started window missing - with 3ds Max 2020 STUDENT

I got my serial key for the Max 2020 Student but Lets Get Started window doesn't appear. After hiting .exe 3ds Max 2020 stops at "Initializing 3ds Max..." and then (after 4 seconds) window disappear. 

 

I still get Lets Gets Started window after installing 3ds Max 2019 but not with 2020. Is there any way to open Lets Get Started window only without clicking main .exe so i can enter the serial number ? 

 

It's a student edition but i got license key on my Autodesk profile...

I would think that adding your serial number is the least of your worries right now.  Your software is crashing before you get to that point, and that's an issue that needs to be addressed first.  Did you have any problems installing Max 2020?  Have you tried doing a reinstall?

 

You may need to change the graphics driver, which can be done through the 'Change Graphics Mode' shortcut in your Start menu.

Are you able to launch from the Autodesk Desktop App? Or right clicking and running as administrator? As camedeck said, you may have corrupted install if it just goes away, or something is not compatible, which would be weird as I've run 2020 on machines with the most basic of graphics cards on our nodes. But ya never know.

There is a LOG file in C:\Users\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2020 - 64bit\ENU - every time i try to run Max 2020 it creates new txt file. 

 

EDIT: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/3ds-max-forum/3ds-max-2020-errors-when-starting/td-p/8752830 Simmilar issue - will try to delete TEMP files. But I got more in my case - something with connecting with [ws://127.0.0.1:61252/ws/v1/sdk], (no idea what that means).

Found info that Autodesk Desktop Licensing Service, FlexNet Licensing Service and FlexNet Licensing Service64 services need to be running. They have been running all the time in my case.

Do you have a firewall that could be blocking the IP address or port? If you do, you could try disabling it and trying again? And if it works, you'll have to make exceptions for those. Hopefully someone from Autodesk can chime in if that doesn't work.
