I cannot launch the 3Ds Max program

After installing the 3Ds Max 2019 and its SDK, I tried to launch the program but it took a long time and it does not work. After all *.dll files and plugins are loaded, the screen shows "starting 3Ds Max". Is there anyway to solve this problem?

more info needed have you added the lastest service pack and hotfixes for 2019, have you updated your VGA card and setup your display drivers inside max, do you have all the windows updates.
